PJ-Series connectors offer installation method that conserves frame assembly time by requiring tightening of one M4 threaded bolt. Construction consists of aluminum alloy material cover with silver finish and steel clamp with yellow zinc chromate finish. Depending on size, products can be applied to 60, 80, or 100 mm single-slot frame. When assembled, connector automatically self-aligns. Slide-in and drop-in styles are available.

The PJ-Series corner connectors are another one of Sugatsune's unique products that was introduced to the US market. Its easy installation saves frame assembly time by simply tightening one M4 threaded bolt. The PJ-Series corner connector consists of a cover that is made up of aluminum alloy material with a silver finish and also a clamp that is made from steel with a yellow zinc chromate finish.

Depending on the size of the PJ-series, it can be applied to a 60mm, 80mm or 100mm single slot frame. When assembled, the PJ-series connector automatically self aligns and it can simply be assembled by sliding the connector in to the frame. We also provide drop in type corner connectors where a slide in method is not practical.
